Bad leadership is folding to the pressure of doing the wrong thing when you know the right thing to do. Good leadership is doing the right thing even with outside pressure to do the wrong thing.
Am I sensitive to the voice of God, or am I stiff-necked? If there's one thing I want you to take away from 21 weeks in Exodus, it's this: do I listen to the voice of God?
