Summary
Jesus teaches that He loves the lost, actively seeks them out, and rejoices when they are found. Through the parables of the lost sheep and lost coin, He demonstrates God's passionate pursuit of sinners and calls His church to share that same heart for evangelism and welcome.
Highlights
This is the love that the shepherd has for the sheep. This is the love that Jesus has for the lost. This is the love that Jesus had for you.
Found people find people. Found people have the heart of the shepherd who's found them.
If this is the heart of our God then this should be the heart of our people.
