Summary
Jesus teaches four final lessons before His crucifixion in Mark 12:35–13:1, challenging listeners to know God deeply, discern authentic leadership, give sacrificially from faith rather than surplus, and recognize that earthly structures pale before God's kingdom. He calls His followers to abandon worldly thinking and embrace heavenly values: intellectual diligence, humble character, radical generosity, and trust in God's provision.

Fear of man will prove to be a snare. It's a trap.
God through His Son makes us somebody. We don't have to earn it. We can't earn it. It's free and it's His kind gift through His Son.
