Summary
Angela and Arielle teach on renewing the mind through Romans 12:2 and the Mary and Martha narrative (Luke 10:38-42), arguing that true transformation requires deliberate choice to align thoughts and actions with God's word rather than worldly patterns, exemplified through their personal testimonies of overcoming anxiety, addiction, and habitual sin.
Highlights
When you really get an understanding of the word and you let it renew your mind, that's when the transformation happens. And then all you're going to want to do is write and you're going to be more into what pleases God and less what pleases you.
You can't say that you know Jesus if you don't obey his word. It's really, and trust me, I was somebody for a long time who was like, I love Jesus, but I'm betraying his word all day, every single day. You don't actually know Jesus.
Renewing of the mind is not just knowing the truth. It's acting on it. It's letting it change you and it's living and following the word and following Jesus.
