Summary
Paul's final charge in Ephesians 6:10-20 calls believers to stand firm against spiritual warfare by putting on God's armor—truth, righteousness, the gospel, faith, salvation, God's Word, and prayer. The pastor argues that spiritual victory is not about willpower but about depending on Jesus and leveraging the weapons God has already provided.
Highlights
If the problem is not physical, it's spiritual, then the answer cannot be physical. See, too many Christians right now feel like if the right guy was in office, things would be better. But whether he has an R next to his name or a D next to his name, whatever that is, it is not gonna transform our world and transform your life.
You've been freed by the work of Christ. That God has given you everything you need to live a life of godliness. But you can't get out of your own way and believe what is true and right in front of your face.
A soldier that never practices with the sword is not going to have a lot of victories. A lot of us guys, we'll get to that first and second part where we'll say, man, I evaluated, I rejected it, but because you haven't hidden the Word in your life, you have very little to replace it in those moments.
