Contentment is not something you achieve by being in a relationship or getting a certain job or having a certain number in your bank account. Contentment is something you must learn. It's a secret you must learn.
Everything that comes into your life has to pass through your Heavenly Father's hands. If you're single, it's because God wants you to be single. Wherever you are, you are there on purpose.
Content people become generous people. If your contentment is wrapped up in stuff, it's going to be very difficult for us to be generous, but if you're so deeply satisfied in Christ, you can give radically because you wouldn't need the newest car or the biggest house to be content.
