Godly women are not shrinking violets that you have to handle with white gloves because they're just so delicate. They are women saved by the grace of God, filled with the spirit of God, and sent on the mission of God, who know how to do hard things for the good of other people.
Your friends are the future you. If you have worldly friends, then you will become more worldly. If you have godly friends, then you will become more godly.
