Paul teaches that the gospel produces hidden endurance by giving Christians a transcendent purpose beyond self, an ethic of courageous kindness even under persecution, and an unshakeable identity rooted in God's love. True spiritual power looks like weakness to the world.

As long as purpose can only be found within the self you will never find a purpose that can take you beyond yourself.
If you unzip the cover of my soul you will see wounds and scars they're there and maybe if we unzip the cover of your soul there would be wounds and scars that's life.
Because I have met the one who knows me down to my core, and in Christ I have been declared good and given an identity that no one else can give me and no one could take away.
