These are the friends that you're gonna spend eternity with. And the only thing that you'll gain from living a life with a mask on or just masquerading through this life is a wake of broken trust and fractured friendship.
Do you have friendships in your life that challenge you to look more like Christ? Because I know a lot of people that have gone off and they've left the salt company stage of their life and they've actually been isolating from Christian community but they're trying to follow Jesus and it's just not working too well for them.
There is no amount of sin or brokenness that you can bring into your connection group that will change the way those people see you. The Christians in that group have experienced the mercy and the grace of God in their life. And they've been forgiven of the depths of their sin.
