Wisdom is knowledge rightly applied. It's the skill of living well.
God should not be our intern or consultant. God would actually be the leader, and so the essential question of the Proverbs is not, how does God fit into my life? The essential question is rather, how do I fit into God's life?
Jesus, the true and greater Adam, in the face of his worst fear, still obeys God and follows through. The wise one traded places with the fool.
