What you believe shapes what you do. Ideas have consequences. As God's people grow in the knowledge of the truth, they grow in godliness.
The easiest way to spot false teaching is to become versed in true teaching. The more familiar you are with the scriptures, the more quickly you'll recognize when something is not in line with the scriptures.
