Summary
Paul calls Christians to let the word of Christ dwell richly within them, fundamentally reshaping their lives as permanent residents rather than occasional visitors. When God's word takes central residence, it produces three effects: minds filled with wisdom for counseling one another, hearts overflowing with songs of thanksgiving, and lives saturated with meaning and purpose in every small act.
Highlights
There is nothing you have more responsibility to than your Lord and Savior Jesus. Nothing. There's nothing that has more lordship or ownership over your life than Him.
When the word of God dwells in you at this level, it doesn't just operate and shape us on the level of our intellect and thinking, it actually begins to shape our imagination.
I want to be someone that has way more meaning and purpose, funneling into the smallest moments of my life.
